Saadvi does not use courier companies. Every order is either delivered by our own team or collected by you from our studio, so your pieces arrive the way they left our hands.
Delivery by the Saadvi team
- We deliver in and around our city. If we cannot reach your address we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full.
- Delivery costs ₹80 per order, and is free on orders above ₹999.
- In-stock pieces usually go out within 2–3 days. Made-to-order pieces show their making time on the product page; we deliver once they are ready.
- We will message you on WhatsApp to agree a delivery slot. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
Studio pickup
- Choose “Pickup” at checkout. Pickup is free.
- Address: Saadvi studio (address to be confirmed)
- Timings: 11 am – 7 pm, Mon–Sat
- We will message you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
Festival timing
Orders peak before Ganeshotsav, Navratri and Diwali. Order early if you need your pieces before a particular day, and tell us the date in the order note.
